Architraves frame a door or window opening and hide the gap between the frame and the wall. We install them square to the opening and keep the profile consistent from room to room, so the detail reads the same right through the house.

Do I need to move furniture before the job starts?

It helps to clear items away from the walls so our team can get to the skirting. Anything that cannot be moved we will work around and cover. Tell us the layout when you ask for a quote and we can advise further.

Can you match the trims in the rest of the house?

Yes. If you send a photo or keep an offcut of the existing profile, we will match it as closely as the available profiles allow. If you are starting fresh, we will talk through the options with you.

How long does a skirting and architrave job take?

It depends on the number of rooms, the profile you choose and the state of the existing walls and floors. We will confirm the time your job needs when we quote it.

Is this service available for commercial properties?

Can I have the new trims painted as well?
