What does an end of lease pest treatment include?

We treat the interior of the property room by room, including cupboards, and we treat the entry points pests use. It covers the common household pests: ants, cockroaches, spiders, fleas, silverfish, rats and mice.

Do I need to be there during the treatment?

No. The property does need to be empty and accessible when we arrive. Let us know how we get in when you ask for a quote.

How long does an end of lease treatment take?

It depends on the size of the property and what is included. We will confirm the time your job needs when we quote it.

Can you do pressure cleaning at the same time?

Yes. Pest control and pressure cleaning are both ours, so a driveway, path or outdoor area can be cleaned in the same visit as the pest treatment. Ask for both when you request your quote.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as soon as you know your vacate date. Tell us the date through the quote form and we will confirm a time that works around your move.

Is this different from a regular pest treatment?

The pest work itself is the same. What is different is that the property is empty and the job is booked around your move out date, so the whole property is done in one visit.
